Structure: A letter U, made of reinforced concrete, was laid on its wing forms the structure of the cottage. A small reinforced concrete neck rises up from the longer lower part of the building and from this, the upper, thatched part protrudes with cantilever.

Specialty: The building is a structural example of how a cantilever of any size can be made using reinforced concrete cabinet supports.
